Kristin Cavallari Is ‘Happy’ About Her Weight Gain

In a current interview with Us Weekly, Kristin Cavallari opened up about physique confidence and feeling “the best I ever have” with assist from her new fitness routine.

“I’ve put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way,” she says, including that her present measurement is one she’s snug staying in. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have. I’m not trying to lose weight.”

When scrolling by way of her previous photographs, she expresses her shock for the way skinny she was once. “I didn’t realize it at the time, how thin I was. So I’m happy that I’ve put on weight,” she says.

Building muscle by way of constant exercises, Cavallari says if she goes two weeks with out understanding she appears like all of her muscle goes away. “So it’s about consistency,” she says. Talking about her private coach, she provides, “He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life…I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

When she’s not sweating it out together with her coach, she hits the VersaClimber and maintains her wholesome way of life. “I feel like I’m only doing the things that I really love right now and that feels really good,” the star says. “My work-life balance right now is at a perfect place and I’m really thankful for that.”
