I’ve tried different products here and there for whatever reason, but this is what I always come back to. When it ain’t broke, don’t fix it — I’m very much like that. A lot of times the products made for curly hair can make it look super crunchy. But this makes mine look really nice.”

During quarantine, I started to break out a lot. I freaked out because I thought I was getting adult acne. I’ve never had any major problems with my skin before; I think it was a combination of being overdue for a facial—I needed to get one before the pandemic hit and I didn’t—and stress eating a lot of cheese and dairy the first two or three months of quarantine. I cut out the dairy and have been using this mask, and now I’ve calmed down. I don’t think I have adult acne.”
